The Greater West Plains Area Chamber of Commerce is a leading organization in Howell County, representing over 550 area businesses. The Chamber is focused on establishing West Plains as the retail trade and economic development center in south central Missouri.

The Chamber offers services to strengthen existing businesses, to encourage small business creation and to develop marketing strategies for increasing tourism to the West Plains area. With a record of accomplishments spanning over 100 years, The Greater West Plains Area Chamber of Commerce is a proven catalyst for strengthening the community as it helps build business.

The commerce leaders who serve on the Chamber’s Board of Directors represent the diverse business base of West Plains – from small to large companies, professional organizations and everything in between. Chamber Staff brings a wealth of experience from corporate and public sectors. Together they continuously assess the needs of our membership as well as that of our community.
